P07 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the p07 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are binding on all registered p07 users.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the p07 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use p07's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the p07 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
The p07 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that you are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility
Registration & Account Information
When registering a p07 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. p07 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
User Responsibility
Users agree not to use the p07 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or activities that could damage the platform's reputation or operations. Any attempt to hack, manipulate systems, or exploit technical vulnerabilities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users also agree not to use automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised technical methods to access or exploit any part of the p07 platform.
3. Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency
All financial transactions on the p07 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and that they have full ownership of those funds.
P07 supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking and approved e-wallets. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the chosen method and the policies of the relevant financial institution. p07 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties in the payment processing chain.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
- All deposits are subject to standard security checks.
- Funds will only be credited once payment has been confirmed by the financial institution.
- P07 reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits pending further investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same user's name.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
- P07 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an ongoing investigation into suspicious activity.
4. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
P07 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or for reasonable security-related grounds. In such cases, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable conditions.
Platform Liability Limit
P07 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that users may incur from using this platform. Under no circumstances shall p07's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p07 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of p07 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from p07.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The p07 platform may provide access to third-party services or content, including game providers, payment processors, or other technical platforms. p07 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content provided by these third parties. Users are encouraged to read and understand the relevant third-party terms separately before using their services.
Changes to These Terms
P07 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the p07 platform or these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
